Work and Immigration opportunities
Canada’s Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWP) allows students to stay and work in Canada for up to three years after completion of their graduation. Students can gain some international work experience and apply for permanent residency later on.
Work while you learn
International students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during school and full time during summer and winter breaks. Many universities also offer ‘co-op’ programs where students obtain work placements as part of their studies.
